We only share your personal data with these third parties in accordance with the purposes you have informed. We treat personal data confidentially and with the utmost care. Yucca secures its systems – reasonably – against loss and/or against any form of unlawful use or processing. Yucca uses appropriate technical and organizational measures, taking into account the state of the art. Your data is adequately secured in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and regulations. Do we process your personal data outside Europe?

In some cases, your personal data may be transferred to third countries or organizations outside Europe. In that case, Yucca will ensure adequate measures are taken to guarantee an appropriate level of protection.

How long do we keep your personal data?

The retention periods we use for your data depend on your relationship with Yucca.

Current employees, ex-employees and self-employed persons (deployed via Yucca)

The personnel file including application file for a maximum of 5 years after the end of employment.

(Potential) business relationships

The personal data processed for relationship purposes will be kept for as long as the relationship lasts and/or the law requires this.

The personal data processed for the execution of work (projects and/or management) for clients will be stored in accordance with the agreements with the client.

Visitors to Yucca

Maximum 6 months after the right of access has expired.

What rights do you have with regard to the processing of your personal data?

In case of questions about what data about you and for what purpose this data is collected, Yucca is always willing to provide you with information. You have the right to inspect and rectify or delete the data or limit the processing concerning you, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. Finally, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
